A driver is a unique employee: they deal with our customers, the general public, a myriad of laws and regulations, irratic traffic conditions, inclimate weather, and do so in a professional and safe manner. Not an easy task to say the least.

It is for these reasons that we have put together what we believe is an outstanding pay and benefits package for our professional drivers.We offer an industry leading base package of up to .46 per mile, a liberal home time policy, liberal vacation policy, fuel bonus, quarterly safety bonus, mileage bonus, etc. As you will see the numbers speak for themselves!

We do not hire just anyone and our pre-employment requirements are high, but for those who do qualify we will offer you a quality of life that is just not seen at any other carrier. (Team pay is based upon each individual drivers exp level IE: If a team is comprised of one driver with 1 yr exp and the other has 10 yrs exp, the 1 yr exp driver will earn 1/2 of .37 while the 2nd driver with 10 yrs exp will earn 1/2 .42 per mile)

(Vacation pay is calculated by dividing annual earnings by 52 (weeks).)

In addition we also pay the following:

Mileage Bonus of up to .02 for all miles driven in a month (.01 for reaching 9500 minimum in a month and an additional .01 for reaching 10,000 miles in a month.
Quarterly Fuel Bonus - You can reap up to 75% of our fuel savings by increasing your MPG above 5 MPG(25% for attaining 5.1-5.4MPG, 50% for attaining 5.5-5.9MPG and 75% for attaining 6.0+ MPG).
Idle Time bonus of up to 75% fuel cost savings for maintaining idle hours below 50% (Adjusted 4 times a year according to season).
Quarterly Safety Bonus of $250.00 - no accidents, citations or OSD claims.
Stop-off pay of $35.00 per stop (After initial loading and final unloading).
Layover pay of $50.00 per 24 hour period (after 1st period).
Unloading pay (We pay 100% of the cost of unloading).
